Job Qualifications

  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • Supervise front desk staff
  • train new employees
  • create shift schedules
  • assist with guest service issues
  • authorize refunds or room changes when necessary
  • monitor room availability and reservations
  • coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready
  • ensure Hilton service standards are maintained at all times
