Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years experience in guest services or related field
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform duties including lifting, bending, pushing, and standing
  • Proficiency in property management systems
  • Ability to operate telephone and PBX systems
  • Commitment to providing world-class service
  • Must be able to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment as required

Job Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Strong knowledge of personal computers
  • Experience in various facets of guest services
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Preferably two years in hospitality or similar supervisory role
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly

Job Duties

  • Supervises guest services support staff in providing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week coverage
  • Coordinates registration functions and transportation for all guests
  • Trains front desk/concierge personnel using established training programs
  • Oversees check-in and check-out functions and lobby ambassador program
  • Provides guest orientation and handles telephone and PBX operations
  • Manages guest mail, messages, deliveries, and transportation reservations
  • Maintains supplies, issues safe deposit boxes, and opens/closes cashier banks
  • Designs and implements training programs for staff
  • Ensures communication with all departments and follows emergency procedures
  • Performs duties assigned by Guest Services Manager
