- Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality or a related customer service role
- Proven leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Knowledge of yield management principles preferred
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional service to every guest, every time
- Oversee check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, special requests, and room blocks
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the property, amenities, and selling strategies
- Support yield management efforts alongside the AGM and GM
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area reflect the AC aesthetic
- Uphold safety, security, and emergency procedures
