There is a strong emphasis on sustainability practices, aligning with the company's EarthView program, which highlights Hersha Hospitality's commitment to environmental responsibility.

The role requires physical activity including standing for long periods, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and other movements to maintain operational efficiency. Working hours will vary and may include shifts during holidays and weekends, offering flexibility and the chance to engage with a wide range of guests and team members.

This position is perfect for an individual with an associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred and 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, seeking to contribute to a guest-focused, quality-driven environment.
