Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of front desk or hospitality experience
- prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- strong customer service skills
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency with hotel property management systems
- ability to multitask effectively
- flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- high work ethic and self-motivation
- ability to remain calm under pressure
- willingness to work varying schedules as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience required (minimum 2-3 years preferred)
- prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in hotel property management systems
- flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- high work ethic and self-initiative
- ability to calmly work with high demand and/or upset guests
- may required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel
Job Duties
- Supervise and support front desk agents during shifts
- ensure smooth check-in and check-out process
- handle guest inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally
- maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
- ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
- have complete understanding of Front Office staff's roles and duties and be able to perform duties at any given time
- accurately check AM and PM discrepancy reports
- coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
- communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room status, guest requests, and maintenance needs
- efficiently process and follow up on guest requests by coordinating with the appropriate departments
- step in as Manager on Duty when required
