Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead and supervise staff effectively
- flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Outgoing personality and positive attitude
- adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- hospitality experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Delivering the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations
- running the perfect shift by ensuring all checklist items are complete and standards are upheld
- supervising Front Desk staff and ensuring adherence to brand standards
- overseeing the department in the absence of the Department Manager
- performing hourly tasks and operating equipment as needed while assisting with new associate training and cross-training
- handling additional responsibilities as assigned to maintain smooth operations
