Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of prior hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Good near and far vision
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to use 2-way radios
- Ability to distinguish smells
- Ability to hear in moderate noise environments
- Duties are mainly performed indoors
Job Qualifications
- 1 year of prior hotel or hotel front desk experience preferred, or in-person customer service experience
- Flexible schedule availability including day, night and overnight shifts, weekends and holidays
- Ability to multitask and handle stress in busy periods
- Good near and far vision including ability to read and interpret written instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers, including via 2-way radio
- Ability to distinguish smells
- Must be able to hear moderate noise levels

- Preferred 4-year degree or higher or high school/GED or better
Job Duties
- Review all front desk agents’ work
- Audit and reconcile work and post corrections
- Balance all work using computer systems such as Excel
- Verify all food and beverage outlets are closed and run open check reports
- Print necessary reports and close end of day on computer systems
- Reconcile outlet work and separate checks by payment type
- Ensure all rebates are logged
- Ensure house hospitality checks post correctly and are balanced
- Log house charges and close accounts
- Organize and compile paperwork as needed
- Communicate timely and appropriately with management and local authorities during incidents or emergencies
- Represent hotel management during graveyard hours
