Job Description

This position is with a reputable hospitality organization focusing on providing exceptional guest services and efficient front desk operations within a hotel or remote camp environment. The role on offer is a Front Desk Supervisor position responsible for coordinating with the Lodge Manager to ensure seamless execution of all front desk activities. The successful candidate will be the champion of the Innfinity property management system, becoming an expert user and trainer for the front desk team members. The position demands handling data entry, managing reservations from both internal and external sources, and maintaining accurate company correspondence and office procedures. The Front Desk Supervisor will support and lead their team both in technological competence and interpersonal engagement, fostering a positive working atmosphere. They are expected to manage guest inquiries promptly and professionally using phone and in-person communication methods. The role requires adaptability to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight, within a fast-paced environment that may sometimes be stressful.

Physical demands for this role include the ability to sit or stand for long periods, occasionally endure extreme temperatures, and perform tasks that require attention to physical motions such as grasping, bending, walking, and repetitive motions. The position also requires excellent listening, hearing, and visual abilities. Professionalism, friendliness, attention to detail, and bilingual communication skills in both Spanish and English are crucial to succeed in this role. Job Requirements

  • Must have minimum 2 years front desk experience in hotel or camp environment
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • experience with hotel management software, Innfinity preferred
  • ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish and English

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working front desk in hotel or remote camp environment for at least 2 years
