Responsible for greeting visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, the Front Desk Staff will manage multi-line phone systems, direct calls courteously with proper phone etiquette, and handle appointment scheduling and calendar management. Additionally, the role includes supporting office management tasks such as inventory control, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping through software tools like QuickBooks. Proficiency in clerical duties including copying, scanning, faxing, and managing correspondence using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office is essential.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining organized filing systems and ensuring data accuracy through careful proofreading and data entry. They will provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining a positive attitude even in fast-paced situations. Experience with front desk operations, familiarity with customer service best practices, and computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace are key to excelling in this role. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in office or administrative roles
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to perform clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, and faxing
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications
- Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
