The Holiday Inn Express brand in Woodbridge continues this proud tradition by offering guests a welcoming, comfortable, and efficient lodging experience designed to meet the needs of both business and leisure travelers. At Holiday Inn Express of Woodbridge, each team member plays a crucial part in upholding the company’s high standards of service and hospitality. The establishment maintains a dynamic and inclusive work environment where employees are supported through continuous training and opportunities for growth. This philosophy extends to the position of Front Desk Representative, a key role at the hotel that serves as the primary point of contact for guests. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, customer-oriented settings and who possess excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

As a Front Desk Representative at the Holiday Inn Express of Woodbridge, you will be responsible for handling guest interactions efficiently and courteously from check-in to check-out. This role requires attention to detail in maintaining accurate room availability records, guest accounts, and payment processing. Additionally, the Front Desk Representative plays an essential role in resolving guest concerns by recording feedback and communicating effectively with management when necessary.

This position offers a competitive starting hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $17.00, dependent on qualifications and experience. Both part-time and full-time employment options are available, with part-time employees eligible for paid time off and access to company retirement plans upon qualification, while full-time employees can enjoy additional benefits including health, dental, vision coverage, and retirement plans. The role requires flexibility, as the ideal candidate must be willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the operational needs of the hotel.

The Holiday Inn Express of Woodbridge strongly values professionalism, teamwork, and a strong guest service orientation.
