Your expertise with electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks, Epic, Dentrix, or Athenahealth will be essential in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records. The Front Desk Receptionist plays a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of the medical office and ensuring optimal communication between patients and medical staff.

The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of experience working in a medical office environment, preferably with knowledge of insurance verification and medical collections. Strong typing skills and excellent attention to detail are imperative to handle patient data meticulously and support financial transactions effectively. You will also demonstrate professional phone etiquette, the ability to multitask, and provide exceptional customer service that enhances patient satisfaction. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $14.00 to $17.00, with an expected schedule of 40 hours per week. The work location is in person, providing a dynamic and interactive office environment.

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in a medical office or similar environment

  • proficiency in using electronic health record systems e.g. eClinicalWorks is highly desirable
  • strong typing skills and attention to detail
  • excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Duties
