Job Requirements

  • Customer service experience of at least three years
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with office equipment
  • Basic knowledge of office management software and procedures
  • Must be within a 25-mile radius of Port Saint Lucie, FL
  • Must be able to work part-time shifts including day, evening, and morning
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Customer service orientation and ability to resolve complaints or deal with issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiar with office equipment including printers, fax machines, scanners, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of office management procedures and related software
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Maintain the quality of files and supplies
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
  • Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and answering general questions
  • Provide support to management as needed
