We are currently seeking a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to become a pivotal part of our team. This part-time role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a knack for multitasking in a lively, customer-focused setting. As the first point of contact, the Front Desk Coordinator will play an essential role in greeting and assisting guests promptly, managing appointments, and ensuring a seamless flow of operations within the salon. This position demands proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines. The successful candidate will be highly organized, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, and possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

A key responsibility of this role is to maintain accurate records and coordinate with various departments to uphold office policies and procedures. The Front Desk Coordinator is also tasked with providing support to management as needed, thereby contributing directly to the overall success and smooth operation of the salon. The work schedule is flexible, covering day, evening, and morning shifts, providing convenience for a part-time work arrangement. The salary range offered is competitive, between $14.00 and $18.00 per hour, reflecting the value placed on experience and skills.

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information

  • Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and answering general questions
