Job Requirements
- Customer service experience of at least three years
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with office equipment
- Basic knowledge of office management software and procedures
- Must be within a 25-mile radius of Port Saint Lucie, FL
- Must be able to work part-time shifts including day, evening, and morning
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Customer service orientation and ability to resolve complaints or deal with issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiar with office equipment including printers, fax machines, scanners, etc.
- Basic knowledge of office management procedures and related software
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Maintain the quality of files and supplies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
- Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and answering general questions
- Provide support to management as needed
