Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing administrative role
  • Strong communication skills and ability to speak clearly and professionally
  • Ability to handle multi-line phone systems including transferring calls and taking detailed messages
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer programs
  • Ability to maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and reliable in attendance and performance
  • Able to work full-time
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk or receptionist roles
  • Experience in a dealership, hospitality, or customer service environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Confidence working with diverse clientele and teams
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and Microsoft Office
  • Dependable, punctual, and polished in appearance and demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Job Duties

  • Be the first point of contact for all dealership guests in person and over the phone
  • Professionally manage multi-line phone system
  • Route sales and service calls efficiently
  • Take accurate messages
  • Greet walk-in customers and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Maintain awareness of dealership floor traffic and help manage customer flow
  • Perform light administrative tasks as needed and assist with internal communications
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to support daily operations
  • Maintain a neat, professional reception area
