Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing administrative role
- Strong communication skills and ability to speak clearly and professionally
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems including transferring calls and taking detailed messages
- Excellent interpersonal skills with friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer programs
- Ability to maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times
- Must be punctual, dependable, and reliable in attendance and performance
- Able to work full-time
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk or receptionist roles
- Experience in a dealership, hospitality, or customer service environment preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Confidence working with diverse clientele and teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and Microsoft Office
- Dependable, punctual, and polished in appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Job Duties
- Be the first point of contact for all dealership guests in person and over the phone
- Professionally manage multi-line phone system
- Route sales and service calls efficiently
- Take accurate messages
- Greet walk-in customers and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Maintain awareness of dealership floor traffic and help manage customer flow
- Perform light administrative tasks as needed and assist with internal communications
- Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to support daily operations
- Maintain a neat, professional reception area
