Job Requirements

  • minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk receptionist or customer-facing administrative role
  • strong communication skills must speak clearly professionally and confidently
  • ability to handle a multi-line phone system including transferring calls and taking detailed messages
  • excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure
  • comfortable using Microsoft Office Word Excel Outlook and basic computer programs
  • ability to maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times
  • must be punctual dependable and reliable in attendance and performance
  • able to work full-time
  • valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Qualifications

  • previous receptionist or front desk experience required ideally in a dealership hospitality or fast-paced customer service setting
  • excellent verbal communication and listening skills clear friendly and composed
  • confidence in working with a diverse clientele and team
  • strong ability to prioritize tasks and stay calm under pressure
  • comfortable with multi-line phones Microsoft Office and general office systems
  • dependable punctual and polished in appearance and demeanor
  • valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Duties

  • be the first point of contact for all dealership guests in person and over the phone
  • professionally manage multi-line phone system route sales and service calls efficiently take accurate messages and ensure a seamless caller experience
  • greet walk-in customers and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
  • maintain awareness of dealership floor traffic and help manage customer flow
  • perform light administrative tasks as needed and assist with internal communications
  • collaborate with sales service and management teams to support daily operations
  • maintain a neat professional reception area
