Serving as Colorado's primary and essential safety-net healthcare provider, Denver Health is mission-driven and has a long-standing history of delivering millions of dollars in uncompensated care to uninsured populations annually. Its strategic location near downtown Denver offers staff easy access to the city's vibrant cultural and recreational venues. Denver Health values diversity, innovation, and community-centered healthcare, fostering an inclusive work environment that respects individuals and promotes professional growth.
They are currently recruiting for a mission-driven Front Desk Receptionist, Patient Relations, to join their Service Excellence team. This role operates primarily at one of three Patient Information desks on the main campus, serving as the welcoming face and initial point of contact for patients and visitors. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, typically from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with some flexibility required to shift to later hours such as 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM to cover evening shifts during absences or staffing needs. With a salary range of $21.00 to $24.57 per hour, this role offers competitive compensation in addition to a robust benefits package. Duties include customer service, clerical support, office equipment maintenance, managing repair and supply orders, document preparation, and ensuring smooth process flow with management oversight. The ideal candidate has at least a year of clerical experience, excellent organizational skills, and familiarity with office procedures and the Epic system. This position calls for a detail-oriented individual capable of multi-tasking and exercising sound judgment within their role.
