The Receptionist role at America's Best serves as the pivotal first point of contact in the store, representing the brand's commitment to excellent customer service and efficient store operations. This position requires managing multiple responsibilities including customer interaction, scheduling, patient record organization, and administrative support to keep the flow of store operations smooth and effective. The receptionist's duties are critical in supporting the optical team by ensuring patient files are prepared, appointments are scheduled and confirmed with efficiency, and customer inquiries are handled promptly with courtesy and professionalism. This role also includes managing incoming communications such as phone calls and mail, maintaining the reception area, and supporting overall store inventory management.

Candidates for the Receptionist position are expected to demonstrate strong organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
