This position is crucial in ensuring smooth front office operations by greeting and assisting customers with warmth and professionalism as they arrive. The Receptionist manages patient records meticulously, schedules appointments efficiently, and supports the daily workflow of the store, making sure all operations run on schedule. Job Duties
- Ensure high quality customer service while following all safety protocols
- ensure smooth flow of customers through the store
- answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in accordance with company protocol
- process and understand managed care plans while obtaining document information from insurance companies as needed
- provide customers basic and accurate information
- schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes
- file all patient records daily and pull patient files for the next day's appointments
- check order status and notify customers when orders are in or of any delays
- keep reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
- receive, sort, distribute daily mail/deliveries and maintain inventory of office supplies
- participate in regularly scheduled mandatory communication meetings
