Job Description

Oak Creek Terrace is a valued part of the Caring Place Healthcare Group, a family-owned and compassionate organization dedicated to providing exceptional care to its residents. Situated within a supportive and values-driven culture, Oak Creek Terrace prides itself on fostering an environment where both residents and employees feel valued and cared for. The company is committed to a philosophy that emphasizes respect, compassion, and excellence, ensuring each resident receives attentive and personalized support. As part of the Caring Place Healthcare Group, Oak Creek Terrace benefits from a robust network of healthcare expertise, ongoing staff development, and a culture that prioritizes the well-being of its community members. This makes it an ideal workplace for individuals who want to contribute meaningfully to residents' lives while growing professionally in a supportive setting.

The role of Receptionist at Oak Creek Terrace is a part-time position, primarily covering weekend shifts every other Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 7 pm, with a competitive pay rate ranging from $14 to $18 per hour. This position serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, vendors, and staff, playing a crucial role in shaping the overall experience and satisfaction of those who interact with the facility. The Receptionist is expected to manage various communication responsibilities, including phone operations, visitor greetings, and dissemination of important information with a warm and professional demeanor. The position requires exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.

Additionally, the Receptionist must ensure adherence to important policies and regulations such as infection control, safety protocols, and HIPAA standards to maintain a safe and confidential atmosphere. The role demands a person who is not only friendly and courteous but also capable of working independently and collaboratively with the team. Beyond routine duties, the Receptionist is responsible for maintaining a calm, supportive environment and responding appropriately to emergencies or unusual events by communicating effectively with supervisors and other key personnel.

Caring Place Healthcare Group stands out by offering career growth opportunities through ongoing training, tuition reimbursement, and a culture of engaged leadership that values each employee. For full-time staff, comprehensive benefits are available, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability plans, paid time off, paid birthday leave, and a 401(k) plan with company match. While this Receptionist position is part-time and weekend-based, working within this group gives individuals access to a stable and caring employment setting, making it a valuable step in one's career in healthcare support and administration.

Joining Oak Creek Terrace means becoming part of a team that not only cares for its residents but also invests in its employees, creating a workplace grounded in mutual respect and shared goals. The Receptionist role epitomizes this commitment by being the welcoming face and efficient communicator essential to the facility's smooth operation and positive community atmosphere. If you are a detail-oriented, personable individual seeking a meaningful part-time role in a healthcare setting, this opportunity at Oak Creek Terrace could be your next fulfilling career step.
