Job Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States
- previous front desk or front office experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proven customer service experience
- strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- availability to work rotating schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Previous front desk or front office experience preferred, particularly in a luxury hospitality environment
- strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
- proven customer service experience with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- experience with OPERA or a similar PMS and cashiering functions preferred
- knowledge of the Nashville area is an asset
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Welcome and register guests upon arrival, explaining accommodations and establishing credit or payment methods
- process guest departures by preparing, reviewing, and explaining billing statements
- respond to guest requests with personalized solutions that enhance satisfaction and create memorable experiences
- support guests pre-arrival and during their stay by identifying preferences and arranging services such as transportation, dining reservations, tours, and special requests
- conduct pre-arrival outreach to coordinate logistics, research vendors, and arrange customized guest experiences
- handle incoming and outgoing packages, messages, faxes, and mail accurately and efficiently
- resolve guest concerns and inquiries related to hotel services, operating hours, events, and local directions with professionalism and discretion
