  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • previous front desk or front office experience preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • proven customer service experience
  • strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • availability to work rotating schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Previous front desk or front office experience preferred, particularly in a luxury hospitality environment
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
  • proven customer service experience with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • experience with OPERA or a similar PMS and cashiering functions preferred
  • knowledge of the Nashville area is an asset
  • ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Welcome and register guests upon arrival, explaining accommodations and establishing credit or payment methods
  • process guest departures by preparing, reviewing, and explaining billing statements
  • respond to guest requests with personalized solutions that enhance satisfaction and create memorable experiences
  • support guests pre-arrival and during their stay by identifying preferences and arranging services such as transportation, dining reservations, tours, and special requests
  • conduct pre-arrival outreach to coordinate logistics, research vendors, and arrange customized guest experiences
  • handle incoming and outgoing packages, messages, faxes, and mail accurately and efficiently
  • resolve guest concerns and inquiries related to hotel services, operating hours, events, and local directions with professionalism and discretion
