Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Proficiency with computer systems including Opera
- Ability to multitask and work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work on an as-needed basis
- Team player with a passion for service
Job Qualifications
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Japanese language skills are preferred
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Previous customer experience
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Possess legal work authorization in the United States
Job Duties
- Responsible for the seamless registration and cashiering service for our guests
- Ensure a complete and accurate folio
- Assist with reservations and concierge on an as needed basis to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently
- Follow up on guest issues to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain organized and accurate records
- Support front desk management team
