The Front Desk Receptionist role at Senture’s McAllen site is crucial as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, applicants, and incoming communications. The receptionist plays an essential role in site operations by managing visitor check-ins, issuing badges, handling multi-line phone calls, and coordinating with internal teams and security staff. Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, clients, and applicants entering the facility
  • Manage front desk operations, including visitor check-in, badge issuance, and sign-in protocols
  • Answer and manage the corporate phone line, routing calls and relaying messages to appropriate departments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Respond to general inquiries regarding site operations, hiring processes, and basic company information
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth visitor experiences, including client meetings and onsite interviews
  • Support site leadership with administrative and site planning activities, including event coordination and logistics
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby and reception area at all times
