Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in receptionist or administrative roles
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday during business hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday during standard business hours
- Experience in a corporate, call center, or high-volume office environment preferred
- Experience managing multi-line phone systems preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Experience supporting events, site coordination, or administrative planning activities preferred
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, clients, and applicants entering the facility
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor check-in, badge issuance, and sign-in protocols
- Answer and manage the corporate phone line, routing calls and relaying messages to appropriate departments in a timely and accurate manner
- Respond to general inquiries regarding site operations, hiring processes, and basic company information
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth visitor experiences, including client meetings and onsite interviews
- Support site leadership with administrative and site planning activities, including event coordination and logistics
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby and reception area at all times
