Job Description

United Gymnastics Academy (UGA) is a premier gymnastics facility based in Port St. Lucie (PSL) dedicated to providing top-quality gymnastics training and recreational programs for children and families in the community. As a well-established gymnastics academy, UGA is committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and fun environment where young athletes can develop their skills, improve their athleticism, and build confidence both inside and outside of the gym. The academy offers a wide variety of gymnastics classes, camps, and events designed to meet the needs of children at different skill levels and ages, ranging from beginner recreational classes to more advanced competition team training. UGA takes pride in its professional coaching staff, positive community atmosphere, and continuous growth within the gymnastics industry. The academy also emphasizes leadership, customer care, and the overall experience for both students and their families, making it a trusted name in gymnastics education in the PSL area.

UGA is currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized Recreational Programs Supervisor to join their team. This role is pivotal in managing the academy's recreational gymnastics programs, including classes, camps, and special events. The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about working with children, capable of leading and supporting coaches, and committed to maintaining a safe, structured, and enjoyable gymnastics environment. This full-time or part-time position offers flexible scheduling, with a competitive hourly pay of $15 to $21 based on experience. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, training and supporting coaching staff, communicating effectively with parents and staff, and helping with administrative and front desk duties. The candidate must be able to work during evenings and weekends, aligning with the academy’s class schedules. While gymnastics or tumbling coaching experience is a plus, it is not a strict requirement. The role also provides opportunities for personal and professional growth, including access to certification programs. Joining UGA means becoming part of a family-oriented team where you can contribute to the growth and success of children’s gymnastics and create positive, lasting impacts within the local community.
