Job Requirements

  • No prior dental experience required
  • Comfortable using computers

Job Duties

  • Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in/check-out process
  • Maintain the daily appointment schedule for providers and hygienists
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with patient questions
  • Present financial information and treatment options (training provided)
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to keep the office running smoothly
  • Keep patient records accurate and organized
