Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work on weekends and/or holidays as required
  • ability to stand, sit, and walk frequently during shifts
  • basic computer proficiency
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • willingness to learn and adhere to club policies and procedures
  • physical ability to perform essential job functions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or front desk role preferred
  • proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, telephones, and reservation systems
  • basic knowledge of club operations and amenities is a plus
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Greet members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure
  • monitor and ensure that the front desk area and lobby are clean, organized, and well-maintained
  • ensure that all club policies and procedures are followed by members and guests
  • answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications to the appropriate departments
  • schedule and confirm appointments or reservations for club facilities and services
  • process payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately
  • follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions
  • take initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role
  • address and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations
