The Front Desk Staff position at Invited plays a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service and operational support within the club setting. This role is responsible for greeting members and guests warmly, managing check-in and check-out procedures, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments or reservations, and ensuring the front desk and lobby areas are well-maintained and welcoming. Front Desk Staff are also tasked with processing payments accurately and directing communication, ensuring that all interactions reflect the club’s high standards of professionalism and hospitality. This position requires a proactive and friendly approach, working closely with the front desk supervisor, department teams, as well as regional and corporate personnel to address challenges and ensure seamless club operations.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work on weekends and/or holidays as required
- ability to stand, sit, and walk frequently during shifts
- basic computer proficiency
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to learn and adhere to club policies and procedures
- physical ability to perform essential job functions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or front desk role preferred
- proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, telephones, and reservation systems
- basic knowledge of club operations and amenities is a plus
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure
- monitor and ensure that the front desk area and lobby are clean, organized, and well-maintained
- ensure that all club policies and procedures are followed by members and guests
- answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications to the appropriate departments
- schedule and confirm appointments or reservations for club facilities and services
- process payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately
- follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions
- take initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role
- address and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations
