Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work on weekends and/or holidays as required
- ability to stand, sit, and walk frequently during shifts
- basic computer proficiency
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to learn and adhere to club policies and procedures
- physical ability to perform essential job functions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or front desk role preferred
- proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, telephones, and reservation systems
- basic knowledge of club operations and amenities is a plus
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure
- monitor and ensure that the front desk area and lobby are clean, organized, and well-maintained
- ensure that all club policies and procedures are followed by members and guests
- answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications to the appropriate departments
- schedule and confirm appointments or reservations for club facilities and services
- process payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately
- follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions
- take initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role
- address and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations
