The Front Desk Receptionist will act as the welcoming face and primary point of contact for all visitors, employees, and callers, representing the company’s professional image and commitment to customer service.

This role demands fluency in both English and Spanish for all communication channels, including in-person greetings, phone calls, and email correspondence. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor are essential for managing front desk operations and ensuring that visitors and staff feel welcomed, supported, and informed. The successful candidate will be responsible not only for customer-facing duties but also for administrative and office support tasks that aid in the efficiency and organization of multiple departments within the company.

The Front Desk Receptionist’s responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors and employees in a friendly and professional manner, managing multi-line phone systems, providing accurate information and directions, and maintaining a tidy, organized reception area. The role also supports security procedures through diligent management of visitor logs and overseeing access protocols. Additionally, the receptionist will be involved in various clerical duties such as document preparation, filing, scanning, data entry, and distribution of mail and packages.

Beyond the front desk functions, this position plays a vital role in coordinating meetings, events, and facility needs. Duties include arranging catering services, setting up and resetting conference rooms, managing office and break room supply inventories, and maintaining cleanliness in communal areas. The ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needs throughout the day is crucial for success in this role.
