Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing and/or customer service
- Valid Nebraska driver’s license
- Ability to organize and prioritize
- Basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Serve as receptionist and provide donors and guests with courteous and efficient service
- Maintain record/log of all guests and vendors to facility
- Greet donor upon arrival, direct donor to sign in and read required pre-donation materials, and ask donor to set up their next donation appointment
- Register homologous, hemochromatosis, autologous and directed donors
- Accurately complete donor demographic information and correctly assign donor identification number
- Assure smooth and timely transition of donors from registration to screening by communicating with staff to decrease donor wait time
- Maintain confidentiality of donor information and ensure computer access security
- Provide accurate and timely filing of donor histories
- Call appropriate donors based on inventory needs and remind them of upcoming appointments
- Oversee donor entrance appearance and maintain donor canteen area
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all office supplies
- Perform inventory check and requisition of office supplies
- Verify accuracy of received supplies and unpack and store items
- Conduct oneself as a professional, promoting the image of NCBB and the spirit of teamwork
- Perform other duties as assigned
