Job Description
Our pediatric dental practice located in the vibrant neighborhood of Madrona is dedicated to providing high-quality dental care to children and their families. We pride ourselves on fostering a warm and welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. As a small office with a focus on personalized care, we strongly value teamwork, compassion, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of dental treatment and patient interaction.
We are currently seeking an amazing front desk receptionist and dental assistant to join our friendly and professional dental team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in both administrative and clinical capacities, providing support at the front desk as well as assisting our dental professionals during procedures. The role is ideal for someone enthusiastic who is eager to learn and grow within the dental field, especially those with a passion for working with children and their families. We offer a four-day work week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday), creating a balanced work-life schedule for our team members.
The successful candidate will be cross-trained to handle responsibilities as both a front desk receptionist and a dental assistant. While one year of dental office experience is preferred, it is not required. What matters most is a personable and dedicated individual who enjoys collaborating in a team-oriented environment and displays a genuine desire to learn and develop new skills. We are committed to providing thorough training to ensure our new team member excels in both roles. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career in pediatric dentistry while contributing to an office that truly values heart, dedication, and excellent patient care.
We offer a competitive wage based on experience, ranging from $23.00 to $28.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including six paid holidays, paid vacation time, medical and dental insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan with matching contributions. This full-time in-person position allows you to engage directly with patients and families in a supportive and caring environment. If you are a reliable, enthusiastic, and committed professional looking to join a dynamic pediatric dental practice, we encourage you to apply by submitting a current resume and cover letter explaining your relevant experience and passion for pediatric dental care.
