The Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for anyone entering our facility. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors warmly to ensure a positive first impression, answering and directing incoming calls professionally, managing appointment scheduling, and performing data entry and filing using software like Hawksoft. In addition, proofreading documents and internal communications for accuracy will be part of your daily tasks to maintain clarity in correspondence. Providing timely and courteous customer support and maintaining a clean, organized reception area will be essential to promoting a welcoming atmosphere.

Ideal candidates will have proven office experience with strong clerical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette are required, along with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Previous industry experience in insurance is preferred but not mandatory. Being bilingual in English and Spanish will significantly enhance communication with our diverse client base.
