Receptionists are responsible for warmly greeting and welcoming customers as they arrive, setting the tone for a positive experience. They maintain organized patient records, assist in keeping patient schedules flowing efficiently, and act as a communication hub within the store. Beyond face-to-face interactions, the Receptionist handles incoming calls promptly and courteously, follows safety protocols strictly, and supports the store team by keeping the reception area tidy and well-stocked with necessary materials.

This position requires a skilled multitasker who can answer, screen, and forward phone calls effectively while managing patient information, insurance documentation, and appointment scheduling with accuracy and professionalism. The Receptionist also monitors order statuses, communicates delays or order arrivals to customers, and helps manage daily mail and office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. In addition, participation in mandatory communication meetings helps maintain alignment with company goals and fosters continuous improvement.
