Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficiency with office software
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • dependable and punctual
  • willingness to work four 10-hour shifts per week

Job Qualifications

  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn office software quickly
  • excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail
  • outstanding communication and customer service abilities
  • ability to stay organized and efficient in a busy environment
  • reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • experience with insurance verification or medical/chiropractic front office procedures is a plus
  • spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply

Job Duties

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  • answer phones and manage appointment scheduling
  • handle patient intake forms and maintain accurate records
  • process payments and maintain front office organization
  • coordinate patient flow and assist with daily office operations
  • communicate effectively with providers and team members
  • maintain a clean, welcoming front office environment
