This law firm is recognized for its expertise in these legal areas and its commitment to providing exceptional client service. The firm seeks a poised, professional, and clear-spoken Front Desk Receptionist to become the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors. This associate will serve as the welcoming face and voice of the firm, conveying a positive and polished image that reflects the firm’s high standards.

The Front Desk Receptionist role at this prestigious law firm is vital and multifaceted. It requires a high degree of professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment. The successful candidate will operate a multi-line phone system, managing approximately 20 lines across the law firm and an additional company sharing the building. They will be responsible for greeting and assisting clients and visitors with exceptional warmth and courtesy, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression.

Beyond reception duties, this position involves significant administrative and operational support, including sorting and distributing mail, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas, and providing clerical assistance to partners and staff. The Front Desk Receptionist will also manage legal-related tasks, such as calendaring hearings and other critical events, maintaining client records in a fully electronic, paperless environment, and monitoring attorney email correspondence.

With a compensation starting at $21 per hour and an increase to $22 per hour upon permanent hire, this full-time role follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with no weekend work. Job Duties
