Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass acceptable drug screen
- Must be able to pass background check
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient records
- Organized with good time management skills
- Basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work weekdays or Monday to Thursday
- Availability for 30 to 40 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in administrative or reception roles preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to learn new software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls
- Coordinate incoming faxes
- Greet visitors
- File and scan documents
- Sort mail
- Maintain general office upkeep
- Order office supplies
- Assist with compiling documents for projects
- Run errands
- Provide support to HR department including tracking employee annual certifications
- Assist Claims Filing department with data entry and following up on claims
- Maintain organized and professional work area
