Job Description

Daniel Stark Law Firm is a well-established plaintiff personal injury law firm with over 25 years of experience and a proven track record of success. As a multi-million-dollar boutique law firm, Daniel Stark employs more than 150 team members across six office locations in Texas. The firm is committed to fiercely advocating for clients and standing up against large insurance companies to ensure clients receive fair compensation. Known for its aggressive approach and commitment to client success, Daniel Stark not only prioritizes winning cases but also places immense value on fostering a positive, professional, and collaborative office culture. This culture is grounded in shared core values such as excellence, ownership, teamwork, and a healthy work-life balance.

The Legal Support Specialist role at Daniel Stark is a critical foundation within the firm, playing a vital part in every case from initial setup through to resolution. The position is full-time and not eligible for transition to part-time, offering an hourly wage starting at $17.00 and upward, based on experience and potential. In this role, you will become an integral member of a remarkable team that collaborates with attorneys across the entire firm. Attention to detail and uniformity in work products are emphasized as essential components for successful case outcomes. The Legal Support Specialists assist with key administrative and client-related tasks including welcoming visitors, answering and routing incoming calls, managing data entry, drafting and mailing form letters, and confirming account balances with medical providers.

This role also provides opportunities for personal and professional growth through supportive leadership focused on continuous development. Employees can expect ongoing professional development, a supportive team environment, and access to various in-office perks such as snacks, biweekly breakfast, and unlimited coffee and tea. The firm also offers comprehensive insurance coverage options, including medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with a 4% company-matched contribution. Additional benefits include a Gold’s Gym membership discount, organized team-building activities, generous paid time off including a paid birthday day off, and a culture that encourages employees to work hard and play hard.

Daniel Stark fosters an environment where every team member's contribution matters, and there is a spirit of competition blended with an ownership mentality among staff. The firm values empathy, strong communication skills, tenacity, and detailed-oriented individuals who thrive on continuous improvement. Bilingual candidates bring added value to the team. If you are someone who shares a commitment to excellence, urgency, teamwork, and professional growth, Daniel Stark offers a career path that invests in your long-term success while empowering you to make a meaningful difference for clients in need.
