Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Handle basic credit card processing and payments
  • Respond to and manage emails promptly
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Assist with scheduling and other office tasks as needed
  • Support the team to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
