  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service in a professional, medical, or dental environment preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new computer programs

Job Duties

  • Manage all front office functions
  • Greet and prioritize patients, parents, and guardians
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Maintain positive working relationships with staff and patients
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management
  • Organize patient records and maintain attention to detail
  • Adapt to and learn new computer programs as required
