Job Duties
- Manage all front office functions
- Greet and prioritize patients, parents, and guardians
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Maintain positive working relationships with staff and patients
- Communicate effectively with staff and management
- Organize patient records and maintain attention to detail
- Adapt to and learn new computer programs as required
