Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
  • proficiency in typing and office software
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational skills
  • reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to read, write and follow written and oral directions in English
  • ability to type at least 40 wpm with accuracy
  • ability to perform simple math problems

Job Duties

  • Performs clerical duties and recordkeeping to assist administrative team
  • answers and routes phone calls pleasantly and efficiently
  • processes incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
  • types and proofreads reports and correspondence
  • maintains and updates resident information databases
  • prepares admission packets and distributes to departments
  • manages office supplies and equipment upkeep
