  • Operate a multi-line phone system

  • take and deliver accurate messages promptly
  • Greet visitors

  • and direct them appropriately
  • Provide general information regarding the agency's location
  • services
  • and staff
  • Receive
  • date-stamp
  • sort
  • and route incoming mail and packages
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing
  • scanning
  • copying
  • and preparing mail
  • Maintain a clean
  • organized reception area
  • Assist with projects and tasks as assigned
