Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience working in customer service
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A great eye for detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient records

Job Duties
- Providing the highest level of customer service
- Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments
- Update and maintain patient information in our EMR system
- Collect copays and other payments
- Explain insurance benefits
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Answer patient questions and provide guidance
- Process patient intake forms
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
