Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a preemployment screening including physical fitness test, criminal background check, drug test, and verification of employment references
- Willingness to work rotating weekend day shifts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Commitment to providing compassionate, respectful service to seniors
- Compliance with vaccination status inquiries if applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience in hospitality or senior care environments preferred
Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls, take messages and relay messages using appropriate equipment
- Assist with clerical duties such as making copies, typing, filing and other general administrative tasks as assigned
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to residents, visitors, and staff
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area
- Coordinate communication between departments and external contacts
- Support community events and activities as needed
- Uphold the community's standards of hospitality and customer service
