Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year of experience as a receptionist or concierge or similar service-oriented position
  • excellent multitasking ability
  • willingness to perform duties including answering phones, monitoring emergency devices, acting as security, performing door checks, and delivering newspapers
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
  • ability to maintain patient and tactful composure with residents, family members, staff, and visitors

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of experience as a receptionist or concierge in a busy setting or a similar service-oriented role
  • excellent multitasking and communication skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment
  • ability to maintain composure and professionalism with residents, family members, staff, and visitors

Job Duties

  • Welcome and direct all incoming visitors and guests
  • serve as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and team members seeking assistance
  • answer telephones promptly and professionally
  • monitor emergency pendants and pull cords
  • act as part of the community’s security team
  • perform perimeter door checks
  • deliver newspapers to residents
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and adjacent common spaces
