Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year of experience as a receptionist or concierge or similar service-oriented position
- excellent multitasking ability
- willingness to perform duties including answering phones, monitoring emergency devices, acting as security, performing door checks, and delivering newspapers
- knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
- ability to maintain patient and tactful composure with residents, family members, staff, and visitors
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of experience as a receptionist or concierge in a busy setting or a similar service-oriented role
- excellent multitasking and communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment
- ability to maintain composure and professionalism with residents, family members, staff, and visitors

Job Duties
- Welcome and direct all incoming visitors and guests
- serve as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and team members seeking assistance
- answer telephones promptly and professionally
- monitor emergency pendants and pull cords
- act as part of the community’s security team
- perform perimeter door checks
- deliver newspapers to residents
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and adjacent common spaces
