Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Ability to work 8:30am-5pm, Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays during company event days
- Experience or exposure to customer service and reception duties
- Personable, polite, dependable
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to interact with diverse individuals
- Mentally alert and detail oriented
- Good reasoning skills
- Ability to multitask with frequent interruptions
- Ability to work effectively and cheerfully under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic computer skills with Microsoft Suite proficiency

- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Job Duties
- Coordinating all accounting operational functions (A/R, A/P, and general accounting)
- Answering, transferring, and screening a high volume of daily phone calls
- Operating a company electronic switchboard
- Greeting and directing visitors at the front desk
- Providing excellent customer service to employees and visitors
- Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the front desk
- Advising visitors of relevant policies and procedures
- Preventing the entry of unauthorized personnel
- Scheduling shipping for real estate leasing and aggregate samples
- Data entry through MS Excel
- Auditing purchasing tickets
- Performing DOT safety and performance history verifications through previous employers
- Recording of 'Smart Drive' safety results
- Assisting with scanning of human resource documents and applications
- Report preparation of company hiring events and statistics
