Job Requirements

United States work authorization required
Ability to work 20-28 hours per week
Strong communication skills
Background check clearance
Familiarity with client scheduling software
Commitment to uphold confidentiality and privacy protocols
Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred
Friendly and outgoing with excellent customer service skills
Bi-lingual preferred
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA
Knowledge of mental health laws and ethical standards

Job Duties

Reception and customer service
Answering the phone to answer questions and schedule appointments
Support clinicians with client scheduling needs
Opening and closing the building
Taking payment from clients
Maintaining knowledge of operations manual related to client privacy
Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
