Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in medical office administration preferred
strong communication skills
proficiency with office software and phone systems
ability to handle sensitive patient interactions professionally
capacity to multitask and follow established office guidelines
availability to work full time Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Duties

Greet visitors
answer high volume multi-line phones promptly
schedule patient appointments
check in/out patients
page physicians
collect copays
make patient reminder calls
