- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to be in office 5x week
- previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors clients and employees in a professional manner
- answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for the office
- handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and inventory management
- provide information about the company and its services to clients and visitors
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
