Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • minimum one year experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
  • hands-on experience with office equipment such as computers, fax machines, and printers

Job Duties

  • Arrive at work on time and clock in by 6:45 AM daily
  • maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduled hours
  • follow company dress code standards and present a professional appearance
  • maintain a clean and welcoming front lobby and reception area
  • ensure kitchen cleanliness and restock supplies
  • keep conference rooms organized and presentable
  • manage daily startup and shutdown of company monitors
  • charge and disinfect laptops and tablets for interviews
  • operate multi-line phone system professionally and route calls appropriately
  • check voicemails and document employee absences
  • greet interviewees and assist with candidate assessments and interview technology setup
  • provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors
  • enforce visitor check-in protocols and issue badges
  • provide administrative support including filing, scanning, faxing, data entry, and calendar management
  • receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • oversee key checkout and return for company vehicles
  • handle sensitive tasks with professionalism and confidentiality
  • perform other duties as assigned
