Job Requirements
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and two years of related administrative experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage front desk operations and handle visitors professionally
- Capable of maintaining organized records and logs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar customer service and administrative role
- Documented experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to appropriate staff
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is organized and presentable
- Coordinate visitor badge issuance and maintain visitor logs
- Schedule and support meetings and appointments as needed
- Respond to routine inquiries and direct guests appropriately
- Perform data entry and maintain basic office records and supply inventory
- Provide general administrative assistance to office staff and building management
- Liaise with building representatives and internal divisions to coordinate visitor logistics
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
