Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist or similar role experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to be physically present in office five days a week
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for the office
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
  • Provide information about the company and its services to clients and visitors
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
