Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for the office
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
- Provide information about the company and its services to clients and visitors
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
