Job Duties

  • Answer all incoming phone calls promptly within a ring or two
  • Process and route incoming mail and packages to appropriate parties
  • Scan and manage documents accurately and timely in the online depository
  • Provide professional communication internally and externally via phone and email
  • Assist other office staff as needed with various tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of the lobby and reception area
  • Support new hire welcoming and onboarding processes
