Job Requirements
- Experience in front desk, concierge, or customer service roles preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- typing speed of 60-70 wpm recommended
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer programs
- familiarity with multi-line phone systems and package tracking procedures is a plus
- ability to work independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- commitment to maintaining an orderly work environment
- background in hospitality, administration, or related fields preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors in a professional, friendly manner
- check in and log all visitors according to building policies
- maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area at all times
- coordinate with other departments (maintenance, housekeeping, security, etc.) to ensure timely resolution of resident and operational needs
- collaborate with the Resident Assistants to support community initiatives, resident engagement, and smooth daily operations
- review, approve, or decline reservation requests based on building guidelines
- receive, log, and organize incoming parcels and packages
- answer and route phone calls
- manage incoming mail, emails, and messages
- assist with the creation and distribution of signs, mass emails, and other resident communications as needed
- perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned by management
