They will play a key role in ensuring that each visitor receives a warm and professional welcome, that appointments are efficiently scheduled and confirmed, and that all client records are accurately maintained and organized.

This role requires someone with strong customer service skills, exemplary communication abilities, and the capability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in common office software, including email, calendaring, word processing, and spreadsheets, with experience in CRM or scheduling tools considered a plus. The ability to manage multi-line phone systems and perform receptionist duties with phone etiquette is essential.

The position offers an average of 32 to 38 hours per week with an hourly starting wage of $22 or more, depending on experience. This role is strictly on-site, requiring the receptionist to work in our office setting to effectively manage face-to-face interactions and administrative responsibilities. Beyond the core duties, the receptionist will help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and meeting areas to promote a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.

Job Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Solid clerical skills including scheduling, filing, data entry, and document handling
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
  • Comfortable using common office software
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability
  • Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or professional office preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in an office setting
  • Availability to work 32 to 38 hours per week

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome clients for appointments and walk-ins
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
